Do Haitians bleed bright red paint from invisible wounds? I'm not a doctor, but something about this doesn't seem quite right. "AC" wrote on his blog :
"I saw him collapse. More chunks of concrete were being thrown at the looters on the roof. The injured boy couldn't get up. He'd try and then collapse again. Blood was pouring from his head. He was conscious but had no control over his body. I was afraid someone on the roof would see him lying there and throw another cinder block piece onto him. I was afraid he'd get killed. No one seemed to be helping him." As much danger as cheap red paint may pose the boy in terms of chemical exposure, I doubt it was so time critical as to require a whisking-away in Anderson Cooper's ambiguously gay "guns." If AC is using the Haitian tragedy in an attempt to stiffen his limp ratings, he certainly isn't alone in the news media: but where most outlets and personalities seem to be skating by, Anderson might actually have to face the music if something's foul with this story.
